Welcome to Designoia. By accessing our platform, engaging our consulting services, or executing project agreements, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

Designoia provides digital engineering, Next.js web development, n8n workflow automation, UI/UX design, and CRM integration services. All engagements are governed by custom Statements of Work (SOW) outlining milestones, deliverables, and timelines.

2. Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon full settlement of project invoices, all custom software source code, database architectures, Figma design assets, and n8n workflow definitions created specifically for the client become the 100% exclusive intellectual property of the client.

3. Warranties & Code Quality

We warrant that all custom code delivered adheres to modern TypeScript standards, passes security audits, and operates in accordance with agreed technical specifications.
