Workflow & n8n Automation
Resilient multi-step automation pipelines connecting your apps, databases, and communication channels.
Self-hosted and cloud n8n automation pipelines that listen for triggers, transform data, route actions across tools, and handle errors reliably.
Who it is for
Built for teams like yours
Businesses with repetitive operational tasks that want enterprise-grade automation without expensive Zapier recurring task fees.
The problem we solve
Staff spends hundreds of hours weekly manually copying information between forms, spreadsheets, inboxes, and accounting software.
- Staff copy the same data between tools every day.
- Automations break silently and nobody notices for days.
- Nobody remembers who set up which workflow, or why.
What we deliver
What you get
- Self-hosted, cost-effective n8n orchestration engines with webhooks
- Multi-branch condition routing and data transformation algorithms
- Dead-letter queues (DLQ), circuit breakers, and automatic retry logic
- Cross-platform sync between CRM, accounting, and messaging apps
Typical use cases
Where it helps
- New lead instant enrichment, CRM sync, and rep notification
- Signed contract triggers automated folder creation and invoicing
- Inventory depletion triggers automated supplier reorder draft
How we work
From audit to launch
Every project follows the same steps, with a written, fixed quote before any work begins.
- 01
Free audit call
We look at how the work is done today and where time or leads are lost.
- 02
Written proposal
Scope, timeline and a fixed price in writing, before any work starts.
- 03
Design and build
Built in short stages, with a preview you can review at each one.
- 04
Test and handover
We test real scenarios, including failures, then train your team.
- 05
Launch and support
Go live with monitoring, and a support period included in every package.
Examples and proof
See how it works
We have not published a client case study for this service yet. The examples below are clearly labelled demos and reference builds, and we can talk through relevant past work on the audit call.

Resilient CRM Sync Engine with Autonomous Circuit Breaker & Queue Recovery
Click a step to see what it receives and sends.
Non-visual workflow sequence for Resilient CRM Sync Engine with Autonomous Circuit Breaker & Queue Recovery:
- Step 1: High-Volume Transaction Ingest (Webhook Ingest). Customer transaction triggered from mobile app.. Integration: Edge API Gateway.
- Step 2: External CRM API Dispatch (External REST Call). Attempts upstream sync with third-party CRM API endpoint.. Integration: Legacy CRM Endpoint.
- Step 3: Circuit Breaker Evaluator (Resilience Gate). Detects HTTP 503 error; prevents thread blocking and switches to recovery path.. Integration: n8n Error Trigger.
- Step 4: Durable Redis Queue (DLQ) (Persistent Queue). Stores raw payload in encrypted Redis memory buffer with exponential retry metadata.. Integration: Redis / Upstash.
- Step 5: Exponential Backoff Worker (Autonomous Retry). Schedules progressive retry attempts (30s -> 2m -> 10m) until CRM healthcheck passes.. Integration: Cron + Worker Engine.
- Step 6: DevOps Incident Alert (Telemetry Alert). Sends silent telemetry alert to engineering channel while keeping user journey smooth.. Integration: Slack / Telegram / Sentry.

Questions
Workflow & n8n Automation: common questions
Why n8n?
It can be self-hosted, keeps your data under your control and has no per-task pricing, which suits high-volume workflows.
What happens when a workflow fails?
Failures are caught, reported to a monitored alert channel and, where it is safe to repeat, retried. Each workflow has a named owner and a documented recovery step.
How is the final price decided?
All prices are starting prices. You get a written, fixed quote after a free audit call before any work begins. Indian clients: prices exclude 18% GST. International clients are billed in USD.
How are payments split?
Project payments: 50% to start, 50% on approval before launch. Larger projects can be split by milestone.
Who owns the work?
You own your website, content and workflows once the project is paid in full.
What are you doing manually? Let’s automate it.
